Transition Planning began in 1985 when Ralph Moore left the actuarial profession and returned to Alabama to market and sell financial services products.
After Mr. Moore began as an independent life insurance producer, he soon became a general agent for a medium sized midwestern mutual company where he specialized in helping provide financial services for corporate executives and successful small business owners. As the business grew, he became a resource for other independent brokers to help them design and place life insurance portfolios for their clients.
In 2006, he bought the E.J. Pender Insurance Agency in Atlanta, and expanded into the Georgia market. Soon thereafter, the business expanded into other states and he now helps advisors and clients in over 20 states.
Ralph and his group of independent advisors still rely on his actuarial expetise to help executives, high net worth individuals, and business owners plan for changes due to retirement, disability, and death by creating personalized, innovative solutions to meet their individual needs.
